The Laws of Scotland

This title sets out an authoritative statement of discrimination law in Scotland, covering key areas from employment to transport and goods and services. This is a book-length work, issued as part of the Laws of Scotland. The Laws of Scotland provides the only comprehensive narrative statement of Scots law and is one of the small number of publications which is cited with approval before the courts.

Kay Goodall

Dr Kay Goodall was until recently a Reader in Law at the University of Stirling and has published articles, books and reports on hate crime, discrimination and Scots law. She decided in 2015 to take a career break and currently works freelance as a legal editor. She is co-author with Muriel Robison of the Discrimination title in the Laws of Scotland.
