Part of Edinburgh International Book Festival 2018

This showcase exhibition celebrating 90 years of Scottish PEN will be hosted at the Book Shop.

People can drop in to hear about the history of Scottish PEN and the work being done to defend writers at risk across the globe. It’s also an additional opportunity for members of Scottish PEN to see the exhibition and join in the conversation. Throughout the session people will be able to learn more about at-risk writers and free expression issues both in Scotland and around the world, with opportunities to take action and stand up for writers and readers everywhere.
